1. Operations Clerical Staff
Brief outline of the position : Unit Processor, involved in various functions such as data input, preliminary reconciliation, splitting, reporting and filing. The position also include problem handling and communication with other units.

Main responsibilities :
- Data input and earmarking with high accuracy and speed
- Perform preliminary reconciliation and proofing in the unit
- Custodian of valuable documents in vault and/or book vault
- Prepare reporting and filing in respective units
- Customer Contact as needed in the unit

Specifications / Qualifications :
- Min. bachelor degree (S1) from any major, preferable with minimum 2 years experience in banking industries
- Detail oriented and posses high accuracy
- Able to work under pressure
- Service oriented and high standard of integrity
- Demonstrate excellent team work
- Have good interpersonal and analytical skill
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Has good knowledge in excel

2. Operations Officer
Brief outline of the position : Unit Officer, involved in various functions such as transactions authorizer and staff supervision. The position also includes problem handling, project handling, and people management

Main responsibilities :
- Transactions authorization and earmarking with high accuracy and speed
- Supervise daily activities, reconciliation and proofing in the unit
- Review operations procedures and ensure that unit control are in place
- Staff coaching, briefing and performance review
- Prepare reporting in respective units
- Responsible in projects assigned
- Customer Contact as needed in the unit

Specifications / Qualifications :
- Min. bachelor degree (S1) from any major, preferable with minimum 2 years experience in banking industries
- Detail oriented and posses high accuracy
- Able to work under pressure
- Service oriented and high standard of integrity
- Demonstrate excellent team work
- Have good interpersonal and analytical skill
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Has good knowledge in excel and macro is preferable~
